INSTRUCTIONS FOR USING THE ELITE FOODS E-SHOP.

THESE INSTRUCTIONS ARE FOR USE ONLY IF YOU HAVE RECEIVED THE EMAIL TITLED: ELITE FOODS E-SHOP.

We now have a variety of ways for you to place orders:

  1. E-shop

  2. Email

  3. Telephone

 

 

1. E-SHOP:

The Elite Foods e-shop is the quickest and easiest way to place your orders, to see the complete range of products in our selection, and to see new items, promotions and discounted products.

 

As an existing Business Partner, we have pre-registered your business to the e-shop. 

 

Your business has been pre-registered using the email address which received the email titled “ELITE FOODS E-SHOP”.  This email is your MAIN ACCOUNT and all notifications relating to e-shop use and activity will be sent to this email.

 

To activate your registration and set your password to access the e-shop: go to  www.elitefoods.cz . Select BUSINESS ZONE which is located at the right of the menu bar – the e-shop will open in a new window.

 

Select LOGIN which is located at the top right of the e-shop homepage, enter the email address for your MAIN ACCOUNT, then select FORGOTTEN PASSWORD.  Set your password.

DO NOT COPY AND PASTE YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS OR PASSWORD: the e-shop has in-built security features which prevent access using copy and paste.

 

You may change the email for the MAIN ACCOUNT once you have set a password.

 

TYPES OF ACCOUNTS & USERS:

Main account: Each business has a MAIN ACCOUNT. If you prefer, you may allocate one email address and password as your MAIN ACCOUNT which can be used by all personnel who will use the e-shop to place orders for your business.

 

Multiple users: If you prefer to have multiple users with individual passwords, you should set the MAIN ACCOUNT using the Forgotten Password instruction above. For all additional accounts, please send us an email a list of email addresses and telephone numbers for each additional user.  We will contact you with further instructions.  NOTE: It is not possible to set additional user passwords using the Forgotten Password function.

 

Users in different languages:  If some members of your team would like to use different language versions of the e-shop, they should register on their preferred language version of the e-shop. If there are multiple users for each language, the above system for MAIN ACCOUNT and Multiple User accounts applies.

 

Please note: It is not possible to use the same email address for more than one business account.

 

 

SETTING YOUR BUSINESS AND SHIPPING DETAILS:

 As the first step, visit “MY ACCOUNT” > “My personal details”. 

  1. Check your company invoice details and update if necessary. Please note: FULL NAME should be the name of your COMPANY if you operate as an s.r.o., a.s., or other commercial entity, not your personal name. If you are a private trader, enter your name as found on your Business License.

  2. Add your Shipping Address, if not already set. Shipping Address is located below the Personal details. When adding or updating Shipping Address, in the section NAME, please use the name of your establishment, not your personal name. If your company/business operates from more than one location, you may add additional Shipping Addresses here.

 

You are now ready to use the e-shop. 

 

 

MY ACCOUNT:

A record of all your orders and invoices can be found in the “My Account” section.  Once you have placed your first order using the e-shop, you can use this (or any subsequent order) as a template for future orders.  Simply go to “My orders”, select an order and click the button to the bottom left.  You may amend quantities and add or remove items.

 

 

LOG OUT:

Remember to Log out after using the e-shop.  The system will restrict your access to the e-shop after a period of time, as a security feature to prevent unauthorised purchases or use of the e-shop.

 

 

2. EMAIL ORDERS:

Email orders should be sent to the following email address only:

orders@elitefoods.cz

We request that you do not use the email of your Sales Manager to place orders.

 

 

3. TELEPHONE ORDERS:

Telephone or SMS orders should be made using the following number only:

We request that you do not use the telephone number of your Sales Manager to place orders.

 

 

INSTRUCTIONS FOR NEW USERS TO THE E-SHOP (NOT PRE-REGISTERED):

Register to become an approved account: 

Go to  www.elitefoods.cz . Select BUSINESS ZONE which is located at the right of the menu bar – the e-shop will open in a new window.

Apply for a business account by using the registration box which is located at the bottom right of the e-shop homepage. We will send you an email to notify you once your application has been approved. Follow the links in the mail to complete your registration.

Once your registration is completed, follow the above instructions to use the e-shop.
